The One Tower high-rise complex, planned for the Moscow City business center and temporarily put on hold, has undergone significant changes. This site will soon feature a new architectural marvel that has already drawn comparisons to Dubai from experts just from its renderings. The skyscraper, shaped like a massive ellipse, will reach a height of 415 m. Although shorter than Sergey Skuratov’s original design of 444 m, the skyscraper’s architecture is far more bold and provocative. Sergey Kuznetsov, the chief architect of the capital, is overseeing the revised project.
