Maserati has unveiled the world’s first luxury electric convertible, the GranCabrio Folgore Tignanello. This one-of-a-kind creation pays homage to the renowned Italian wine of the same name, which marks its 50th anniversary this year. The car’s exterior boasts a rich red wine color, while the interior features Vegea plant-based leather made from grape seeds. This electric car delivers an impressive 616 kW of power and a maximum torque of 1,350 N·m.
The unique vehicle was auctioned off in mid-July at the Arts for All charity event during the Napa Valley Festival in California. It is set to make its next appearance at the Chantilly Arts & Elegance Richard Mille exhibition in France this September.
