The Grand Beachfront Villa at the JW Marriott Mauritius is the largest villa in Mauritius. Its total area is 1,700 square metres. Up to 16 guests can be accommodated at a time in this remarkable property, set in lush tropical gardens. The traditional colonial-style villa is finished in a modern style using mainly natural materials. Grand Beachfront Villa offers guests maximum comfort and privacy with four spacious en-suite bedrooms and heated pools, a common open space area with lounge, dining and bar, ocean view infinity pool, BBQ area, study, TV room, games room, private gym and steam room, as well as direct access to a private beach area. A 24-hour butler service is available at the Grand Beachfront Villa. The chef will also prepare and serve your favourites either inside the building, on the beach or in the garden.
Royal Residence Villa
Raffles Maldives Meradhoo
The largest and most luxurious of the 38 villas at Raffles Maldives Meradhoo, the Royal Residence is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday. Spanning an island stretch of beachfront property, the 1,250 square metre villa has three bedrooms, a 40 metre panoramic swimming pool and – especially appealing to large groups – a rooftop terrace where you can sunbathe or admire the night sky. In addition, one or two adjoining one-bedroom villas can also be booked along with the Royal Residence. The total area of the three villas exceeds 1700 square metres. This combination can accommodate up to 18 guests, a luxurious option for weddings or any other important events. The villas are secluded, with their own berth for boats and boathouses, but are just a few minutes away from the neighbouring island with the overwater villas.

In the heart of Gustavia, among the shady trees of the tropical garden, the Hôtel Barrière Le Carl Gustaf St. Barth is the epitome of a perfect holiday in the Caribbean. Of particular note is the two-level, 400 sq.m. villa Diane, which can accommodate between 6 and 12 guests. There are five bedrooms (each with an en-suite bathroom), a large pool with aqua-bike and an outdoor shower. Villa Diane is situated at the highest and therefore sunniest point of the property and guests can sunbathe directly on one of the two private terraces overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
Electric bikes can be hired for exploring the island by simply asking the hotel’s butler. The butler can also organise a picnic on the beach, book a catamaran ride or a guided tour of the island to the natural rock pools like the Petit Cul de Sac.
