“The Garden of Delights” is the name of all the fine jewellery collections created by Alessandro Michele for Gucci since 2019. This latest one is no exception. Three years ago, the brand fearlessly burst into the world of jewellery grands with its first opus and the opening of its jewellery and watch boutique on Place Vendôme. From the beginning, Michele placed his bets on large coloured stones and fantasy design. His jewellery is invariably full of figurative pieces in the form of lions, bees, chimeras and strange flowers. The latter composition has them too. The new Garden of Delights is divided into five themes – a kind of travels in space and time: to aristocratic Italy of 1850-1870s, to the Indian maharajahs of 1930s, to the pop universe of 1970s… Voluminous necklaces, large bracelets and cocktail rings are recognizable, but original medallions with micro mosaic have been added as new elements. Jessica Chastain is the face of the campaign.
